The TTC is located in E006. It serves as a hub for SCCC faculty and staff to learn about technology for use in their classrooms and offices. Technology workshops are scheduled on a regular basis however divisional training or individual tutorial sessions may be arranged on an as needed basis for those who cannot attend the pre-scheduled workshops.
Additionally, SCCC colleagues may come to the center in order to access many computer programs or to borrow one of three laptops for short-term use. The center is equipped with fully loaded computers, a projector and screen, black and white and color printers, scanner, and cameras. A polycom is housed in the center for conference calls. The center may be reserved for webinars, interviews (phone or in person), meetings, and seminars. Reservations must be made one week prior to an event.
