In accordance with 21 NYCRR PART 1401, PUBLIC ACCESS TO RECORDS OF STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES, INCLUDING COUNTIES, CITIES, TOWNS, VILLAGES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND FIRE DISTRICTS 1401.5 Responses to requests for records.

Sullivan County Community College requires that a request for information and records required by the Freedom of Information Law must be made in writing to the appropriate Records Access Officer, 112 College Road, Loch Sheldrake NY 12759.

Records Access Officers are:
For business records – Elizabeth A. Kubenik, Vice President of Administrative Services
For personnel records – Sharon Sand, Director of Human Resources
For student records – Joseph Isadore, Dean of Enrollment Management and Student Development Services
