New York State Coaching Certification Program
This certification program meets all state requirements for certification as can be seen at the Professional Coaching Certification site http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/ciai/pe/pub/app.html
The following courses are needed to complete the certification and are offered on-campus and on-line:

Rel 1501 Standard First Aid: Responding to Emergencies

* Rel 1505 Philosophy, Principles, and Organization of Athletics

*Rel 1507 Health Sciences Applied to Coaching

* Rel 1509 Theory and Techniques of Coaching

* Currently offered online.

Download SCCC's Part-Time Application. Read, Print, Fill-out and send to SCCC.

Download Certificate of Residency form and have it notarized in order to avoid an extra fee.
Fax all forms to the college at 845-434-4806.
After you have faxed the forms, please call the Registrar and Student Billing to make sure all materials were received.
