LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY (October 8, 2009) - Fall prey to the lure of the vampire this Halloween with the Roxey Ballet's performance of Dracula on Saturday, October 31st at 8 p.m. in the Seelig Theatre at Sullivan County Community College.
The ballet company's interpretation of Bram Stoker's vampire story set in 18th century England features original choreography and music combined with a kaleidoscope of sound and visual effects. This must-see performance, which breaks through the boundaries of traditional dance, is the perfect way to spend Halloween as it will transport the audience to a time filled with fear, rage, horror, love and passion.
Tickets are $25 for general admission; $23 for senior citizens, students and SCCC faculty/staff; and $15 for children under 12 years old. This show is not recommended for children under seven.
